The intelligent DEVICE has sensors for temperature, relative humidity + oxygen-content. It is IOT interfaced to hostsw on Cloud.
Description
The Device The device itself is sufficiently flexible and is based to provide a combination of the following sensors -sensor to identify RH Relative Humidty level -sensor to identify insufficient de-oxygennation )(reduced oxygen-level obtained by introducing nitrogen to bring level from roughly 80% to around 85% by content) -sensor to detect rising temperature These sensors are interfaced in a network of variable size (with sufficient sensors to monitor efficiently every corner of the textile plant. The devices are all IOT compliant and can be interfaced, though appropriate gateways, directly to a Dashboard Configuration and Monitoring Software package residing preferably already in the Cloud. The control software is flexible and may be fine-tuned, to react to one or other of the alarms automatically signaling in various ways (on the monitoring Dashboard, but also by calling for help through appropriate messages sent to : The plant Management -the Fire Fighting authorities (firemen, ect. - the Insurance company if any (so it made aware of impending losses) -and lastly and not least enable some of its own actuators to ACTIVATE particular preventivre actions such a -to ‘open’ sprinkler valves to start dampening the imminent fire And any other precautions that may be taken to adjust de-oxygennation or modification of relative-humidity Moreover, built-into the control software suite is an extensive range of automatic error detection and self-diagnostic routines, corrective maintenance indications and system maintenance designed to render the network of sensors self-diagnosed and fail-safe as far as possible. Instructions are given as system messages and alerts for replacement of failing sensors, and the possibility of automatic re-configuration of new components is built-in together with the possibility to manually reconfigure, or to over-see and tailer the automatic reconfiguration by specialized personnel.
