Description

My idea proposes for a low cost and zero maintenance device that can be used effectively covering large areas in textile SMEs with least cost of installation. A rotating flexible fire hose that is attached to a DC powered servo motor that loosens in the event of fire and acts as fire extinguisher sprinkler covering the facility and simultaneously rotating and spreading the fire extinguisher from the cylinder, it can also be connected to regular water supply so that it becomes a low cost effective sprinkler. One end of the flexible hire hose is fixed with a metallic hook and in normal conditions the flexible fire hose retracts and has full tension hence not hanging but in the event of fire the flexible fire hose with holes loosens and hangs above the head level of people and rotates along with DC motor which is fixed on the other end this end houses the fire extinguisher cylinder or water supply , this rotational movement helps in effectively spreading the fire extinguisher foam or water as a fine mist and help put out flame in the entire facility. Spraying water n fabric or textile will stop it from catching fire and prevent fire from spreading in areas without fire and in areas with fire it directly put out the fire. The device is connected to a automatic fire or smoke detector and is fully automated in operation that works even when the textile SME is closed.
