Offering an intelligent software to specify, select, document and maintain approved firestop systems, linking into smart sensored products which can be easily inspected and include a complete integrated inspection process which leads into a compliant and consistent maintenance process even during the operation of buildings. For this the firestop devices should be deployed with smart sensor so that the products themselves can always communicate with the software and therefore can be easily intergrated into the complete process flow, always sending respective signals in case of a hidden hazard in respect to malfunctioning (e.g. not sealed correctly), maintenance and reinspection need (e.g. if new cables are installed in a building which needs retrofitting of fire penetrations). Accompagnied with an educational program for all stakeholders this provides a holistic approach to today's challenges in modern construction, also including building owners, authorities and insurance companies. Easy code compliance, savings in budget and time and overall just less worries about correct installation and functioning of products in fire rated walls, floors and joints.
