Description

Macroables is an all-new-design fire sprinkler which can produces water aerosols that covered in a big bubble. It needs low maintenance (cheap and less solution) that easy to install (portable 15 x 30 cm equipment). This bubble is used as an effective media to sever the chemical reaction by carrying enough solution that trapped in both aerosol (water/FPC) and bubble layer. Other than that, the bubble is used to control the using of aerosol solution (and stabilize the pressure). Because of its density, the bubble then gets to the pointed fired area (not floating near the palate). After the bubble blow up, these aerosols then fill the entire room to prevent the spread of fire. The sprinkler will create a humid atmosphere that makes another fire ignition (which commonly use fabric materials as a media) not to occur. This system equipped with infrared flame sensor that works when there is a potentially small flame to shut electricity down in the whole room/building. Water is used as the cheapest solution to extinguish the flame. In order to avoid electricity shorting, FPC can always be an alternative to replace water solution. Because of its efficiency to detect small fire before big flame happens, the bubble can made easily without any interruption of temperature that evaporates the bubbles.
