Description

A snake robot attachment for fire hose nozzle, it gives automated mobility to hose to navigate to source of fire & extinguish it. Most of the facilities have their own fire hoses but having fire hose alone will not help put out a fire, in the event of fire somebody has to activate it and aim it at the source of fire and extinguish the flame, people usually evacuate and run for their lives and call fire department and by the time they arrive the damage might have already being done. What if a robotic snake attachment which I call the fire runner could attach to the nozzle of fire hose and pull the fire hose to the source of fire and then coil itself on something like a machine or table and aim the fire hose at the source of fire and extinguish it. I know it sounds too advanced but remarkably we already have the technology in place to achieve this today, it is all about combining all the technology together, with the proposed idea which I believe is novel.
