Description

The concept is combine fire curtains with a fire extinguisher system to retain and attack the fire in the start, reducing the fire effect to minimum. There are on market allready fire curtains, made in special fabrics and with multiple activation trigger systems, ( automatic / manual / electronic). The idea is combining this fire curtains with a spraying system with C02 powder or water to increse the performance of the fire curtain. This new fire curtain will not only to confin the fire in a area, but also will extinghish the fire. The fire curtain must be placed on ceiling, and must have a simple fire dettection system by smoke, infrareds and temperature. The implatation area must be studied to optimize the curtain effect. Can be placed under windows, around machines (creating a contention box) or doors. This sytem will control and attack the fire in the start, giving time to firefighters to get in and fight the fire.
