Fireproof spray and paint
The " fireproof spray and paint" is a liquid that prevents fire effectively. It is affordable and easy to implement.
Description
In order to protect small and medium-sized textile manufacturing factories we have developed an idea which prevents fire effectively. The product is a combination of a fireproof paint and a fireproof spray. Both, the paint and the spray, put a fire protection coat on everything, that could catch fire. The paint will cover the whole interior of the production plant, like walls, tables, chairs, ceiling and floor permanently. With this special fireproof paint, the fire has no base to get started, as the paint layer protects the interior and furthermore it will prevent the fire to spread across the room. In addition to the paint our idea includes a spray containing a fire protection liquid, which again puts a fire protection coating on everything that gets in contact with it. It will be dispensed on all other surfaces which are not covered by the paint yet and on everything which is not permanently installed in the room. This includes the garment, the worker’s clothes and everything movable not having a painting coat yet. In order to guarantee that every object is covered by at least one layer of spray, the spray will be distributed as much as three times a day during the worker’s break and may take up to 10 minutes for each spray break. The worker’s cloth will get sprayed on separately once a day in the morning before entering the production plant facilities. To distribute the spray, we have developed two different options depending on the plant’s budget for fire protection and also depending on the facilities size. The first option is the manual distribution of the spray with a spray bottle and the second option is an automatic sprinkler system installed cross the ceiling of the production plant facilities. Both the spray as well as the paint prevent the fire to develop as it doesn’t provide a burnable surface as a base for the fire. Even if a fire gets started the paint and the spray make sure that the fire spreads slower than without the paint and the spray.
