Lego Fire bricks - Blockly
Plastic coated Lego clay bricks for making storage units for textiles and fabric rolls with embedded fire suppressants.
Description
My idea proposes for Plastic coated Lego clay bricks for making storage units for textiles and fabric rolls with embedded fire suppressants. Everyone knows that Clay bricks are cheap, the idea is to give it a modern touch of Lego by coating with recycled plastic few centimeters thick and use it for making work desks, machine fixtures, storage chambers, partition walls and storage rooms for textile fabrics & clothes. During fire only the plastic layer of the brick melts exposing tiny water pores through which water or foam is sprayed extinguishing the flames. These blocks can be stacked one above another like legos to build anything with the effectiveness of fire protection. When the blocks are stacked one above the other the embedded network of water pipes and sprinkler embedded also is taken care automatically no need of laying water tubes separately. Only one of the brick needs to be connected to an inlet of water supply. I think in a SME like textile industry it will be helpful in creating fire proof storage units which are cheap & effective. There is already a life size plastic version of Lego bricks called Everblocks, I plan to use clay bricks coated with recycled plastic and embedded fire suppression system like water tubes and water pores that interconnects itself as blocks are laid one after the other. In the event of fire this will protect textiles and clothes kept inside it as clay bricks don't burn and pores and fire suppressant system will put out the fire.
