Description
One of the main issues when fire occurs, is the search for the nearest fire extinguisher which is usually mounted to a wall somewhere no one really pay attention to. The photo in this topic is from car improvement forum where people discuss solution for easy to handle and fast reachable fire extinguisher in their car. This photo represent a Porche car installation, but it can be used on cheaper cars as well. This idea introduce the same concept for office and factory environments. In addition to the regular wall-mounted large fire extinguishers, each employee's chair shall be equipped with a smaller fire extinguisher mounted under his seat (or under/beside his desk or other fixed element in his work environment). This compact and light weight fire extinguisher shall be used as an immediate response fire handling tool, before the big and heavy fire extinguisher is bought to the fire location. Hopefully, if the fire is being handled immediately, it shall be smaller in size and the compact and light-weight fire extinguisher will be enough to handle it.
