Virtual simulations= better coaching for SME

Insured or uninsured, any SME should be able to train employees better & very affordably using VR simulations

Description

Traditional means like posters, checklists, manuals, and even the occasional fire drill - all these have their place in fire awareness and prevention. Yet, much of those protocols and procedures may get ignored in the heat of the moment (pun originally unintended) when a real fire strikes. My idea is to ingrain the optimal responses and reflexes in SME employees for fire scenarios, by making virtual reality simulations an integral part of their fire preparedness training. Modern smartphones are already in the pockets of the target audience; just add some affordable/rental VR headsets and load the simulations from an Allianz-branded website. I foresee that Allianz can make such resources available on a freemium model. Generalized training resources are free to registered users (free or low-cost registration). Paid content shall include virtual simulations developed and customized to the location, internal environment, floor layout, etc of the SME. And that level of customization does not have to cost the SME an arm and a leg (pun intended) because modern technology, panoramic photo capture in smartphones, 360 view video capture with other cameras, digital FX tech, etc have made that possible.

Myself and Aadhithya (also on this platform) have been working on such a concept for over a year, and we can discuss this in more detail with Allianz if its interested.
