We have 2 pretty different regions targeted in this contest. France, which is an EU State and has an much more improved social system than turkey and also an higher education overall compared to turkey. The regulations compared between this countries show that turkey has to improve way more to have an Standard like in the EU. Turkey: The plan is to create attention and importance for working security. The textile industry is huge in turkey and a lot of people work up to 12h or more per day. Since there is no regulation in here and workers get tired and don’t even know how to handle a security issue they should participate in Allianz Security seminars where Allianz itself shows how to prevent fire and react in the situation. The hard work for Allianz will be to get attention from entrepreneurs in the textile industry and them to understand how important an insurance can be. Easy as possible Allianz can show use cases what happened to people without insurance and how that, can destroy people’s life. If Allianz manages to get the attention and the textile industry realizes the necessity of how to prevent and react in dangerous situations and on top show them the advantages of an insureance I’m quite sure that entrepreneurs in turkey won’t hesitate to be safe in their work. Since the locations in turkey often lack of security standards, Allianz has to partner up with an company which can make a building „ready to work“! Also there hast to be a TÜV like Company. TÜV is a Security Check Company in Germany ich which controls Safety standards to prevent danger. If Allianz manages to encounter the textile industry with security regulations, I’m sure the politics in turkey will be interested in this happening and will participate to help. On top creating a “ready to work”-company is a quite good opportunity. I’m waiting for feedback and looking forward for it. UPDATE: SInce a device is needed to have an relevant idea, my suggestion is to connect the fire sensors with Alexa: It/she can tell a person on how to behave in emergency situations and be prepared for those situations. On top it can deliver relevant information an be a helper for the workers.
